Combines breath, movement and awareness into a moderately-paced flowing sequence of yoga poses. Instruction focuses on breathwork, development of core-strength and cultivation of deeper internal awareness of key yoga poses.
This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure.
Postures may be held for longer periods of time and will flow together to unite your body’s breathing and mind.
The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex.

It includes discussion, simple breathing techniques and basic yoga poses.
New to meditation?
Is designed for those who have little to no meditation practise, or for those who have tried but remain frustrated.

A private yoga session is an amazing opportunity for you to get one on one guidance and attention to deepen your understanding and execution of the flow. Private sessions will be designed specifically for your body and will reflect where your body is in the present moment.
Private group yoga is a unique experience providing you with a skilled assistant to guide your body through the whole practice, while you flow in an open class.

Using long, slow steps, a style influenced by Swedish and Californian massage , Reiki techniques, breathing and pressure points are integrated.
It is an experience to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your body and being.
