The words evolution, love, creativity and diversity are very important to me.

From a very early age, I was intrigued by the healing arts that linked our physical, spiritual and emotional layers. This curiosity was the motivation for my search for a method to improve my life and allow me to live each day in a contented state of being.

I pursued these goals with the hopes of one day sharing my experiences with others to help find a balance in their lives. This simple desire has grown into a deep passion that resonates within me and has set the foundation for an extensive and developing knowledge base relating to health and wellness.

I have travelled extensively to countries in Asia where I am attracted to the philosophies, traditions, way of living and seeing life. I also travelled twice to India , studying and exploring deeper into my being. Wherever I travel, I look for ways to share life-changing insights and habits  that have the power to transform, and start being the change that we want to see in our world today.

Types of yoga I teach:

Hatha Flow

Combines breath, movement and awareness into a moderately-paced flowing sequence of yoga poses. Instruction focuses on breathwork, development of core-strength and cultivation of deeper internal awareness of key yoga poses.

Ashtanga Vinyansa

This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure.

Postures may be held for longer periods of time and will flow together to unite your body’s breathing and mind.

The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex.

Introduction of Yoga

New to yoga?
Is an ideal class for anyone new to yoga of for those seeking a refresher.

It includes discussion, simple breathing techniques and basic yoga poses.

Intro to Meditation

New to meditation?
Is designed for those who have little to no meditation practise, or for those who have tried but remain frustrated.

Private Classes

I am very happy to offer private classes at your home / holiday villa.

A private yoga session is an amazing opportunity for you to get one on one guidance and attention to deepen your understanding and execution of the flow. Private sessions will be designed specifically for your body and will reflect where your body is in the present moment.

Private group

Private group yoga is a unique experience providing you with a skilled assistant to guide your body through the whole practice, while you flow in an open class.

I will silently support you and guide you through your yoga practice. This is an opportunity to awaken your body and to delve deeper into your poses that you would normally not be able to access on your own with friends or colleges.

A very relaxing massage with sweet almond oil and essential oils falling drop by drop onto your body.

Using long, slow steps, a style influenced by Swedish and Californian massage , Reiki techniques, breathing and pressure points are integrated.

It is an experience to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your body and being.


Treatment without rushing that lasts an hour and a half for total relaxation.

This is an anti-stress massage with sweet almond oil.

After this you should enjoy a very peaceful sleep and a unique and unrepeatable sensory stimulation.


Getting rid of those knots with a deep therapeutic massage.

This type of massage is focused on realignment of deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This can be specially effective for chronic tension in localized areas such as a stiff neck or back and aching shoulders.

I recommended this massage for those who prefer stronger pressure and those who want to connect in areas of stress and pain.


The primary purpose will be to help you to relax.

For this massage, I will move at a slower pace using lighter pressure.

During a relaxation massage there is less emphasis on working out serious adhesions or knots in the muscle tissue and therefore we won’t push your pain limits in order to get the muscle to release. Sometimes people even fall asleep during a relaxation massage.


To spend an hour in complete heaven, I offer a very relaxing body massage using 100% pure oil hemp (cannabis Satvia), recognized for its qualities for moisturizing and regenerating the skin. It is the oil rich most rich in essential fatty acids and also contains antioxidants, essential vitamins and minerals salts to maintain healthy skin.

Through long, slow, rhythmic and steady steps, a complete body massage is performed.


With knowledge of Thai reflexology, vital organs are stimulated by applying pressure to points of the foot, the tops and sides of the foot , ending with a relaxing massage in the calf and knee. Let’s relax your tired feet and legs that might be fatigued and inflamed.


This craniofacial massage helps you relax your mind when we experience different stages of stress and tension. It will help improve your concentration and awaken new interests. It also promotes improved blood circulation in the head with the aim of improving brain functions, making you look more beautiful and with a healthy skin.

From Japan, this treatment is not a massage itself , but an energy infused work. I will put my hands on the seven chakras of your body, working on energy ( Ki ) that affects the body by unblocking good and healthy energy.
